TSM proudly marked an incredible milestone – 25 years in business, with a fantastic celebration held at the beautiful Shottle Hall. The invitation was extended company-wide, and we were thrilled to welcome so many of our amazing staff from all areas of the business, along with their wives, girlfriends, partners – affectionately known as The TSM WAGs!!

The event began at 7:30pm and by the time the evening got underway, the room was buzzing and filled with people looking particularly smart! (It’s fair to say, everyone scrubs up exceptionally well!)

With last orders at 1:00am, the evening was long but incredibly enjoyable, full of laughter, celebration, and connection. We suspect there may have been a few sore heads the following morning!

It was a wonderful opportunity to bring together so many members of the TSM family to celebrate our shared success and thank everyone for their dedication and hard work over the years.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together and we look forward with excitement and confidence to the next 25 years and beyond!

Each winner received a certificate and a voucher in recognition of their hard work and contribution to TSM’s success.

This milestone celebration was not only about marking 25 successful years but also about appreciating the people who make TSM what it is today – a thriving, forward-looking business built on teamwork, commitment, and pride.
