At TSM, we believe that great driving deserves recognition. Every month, we celebrate members of our team who demonstrate exceptional skill, responsibility, and care on the road through our Driver of the Month Awards.

Thanks to Lightfoot telematics, we’re able to monitor driving performance in real time and provide valuable feedback to help our drivers continually improve. Lightfoot doesn’t just record data - it actively coaches drivers daily, helping them to develop smoother, safer, and more fuel-efficient driving habits.

This technology has become an invaluable part of our Carbon Reduction Plan and Social Value commitments, helping us reduce emissions, cut fuel waste, and lower idling across our fleet - all while supporting our commitment to protecting the environment.
