TSM Team to Take Part in CEO Sleepout Oxford

At TSM, we are committed to making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work – and this autumn, members of our team will be putting that commitment into action by taking part in the CEO Sleepout in Oxford.

The event brings together like-minded people from across Oxfordshire for an unforgettable night beneath the stars. By swapping their beds for sleeping bags, our team will be raising vital funds to support those facing poverty and homelessness in Oxfordshire.

With Social Value at the heart of everything we do, this initiative reflects our dedication to going beyond financial profit to create lasting, meaningful change. Taking part in the CEO Sleepout is one way we can directly contribute to helping some of the most vulnerable people in our community.
