New Vacancy: Lead Estimator

We are is looking for a Lead Estimator to join our team in Worcestershire.

This role is essential in supporting both commercial and operational teams to ensure efficient contract delivery and manage both new and existing contracts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, strong time management abilities, at least two years of experience in temporary traffic management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and a full UK driving licence.

Preferred qualifications include an understanding of the NEC form of contract, risk identification and mitigation skills, and leadership abilities for managing multiple projects.
